Under the U.S. hurricane Irma weakened to a tropical cyclone, remaining cause heavy rains in the South-East of the country. It is reported by the us national hurricane center, reports the Associated Press.
Therefore, the Department cancelled all warnings for tropical storms and storm tides.
As of Monday evening, September 11 (local time), epicenter Irma was located 10 miles West of Columbus, Georgia.
It is expected that the element will bring the rain to South Carolina and Northern Georgia, Alabama and Mississippi.
The maximum constant wind in Irma currently stands at 55 km/h. the Hurricane is moving in a North-westerly direction at a speed of 24 km/h.
