In the occupied Crimea, the Ukrainian political prisoner Vladimir Baluku brought new charge. It is reported by the Crimean human rights group, citing lawyers.

“December 6, Vladimir peepers presented the resolution on attraction as accused under part 2 of article 321 of the criminal code (disorganization of the institutions providing the isolation from society)”, – stated in the message.

It is noted that the charge brought against him in a criminal case initiated during a content activist in the detention center of Simferopol. Earlier in the case he was accused of the use of violence against a representative of authorities (article 318 of the criminal code).

It is also said that the replacement of the articles in the indictment leads to more serious consequences for Baloha.
