MP Oleksandr Onishchenko intends to apply to the European court of human rights because of political persecution in Ukraine. He stated this on Sunday, live on 112 channel.

“I have absolute proof of political background to all this, and given that in Ukraine it’s just no one will listen…, count on some fair solution, I will not. So I decided to do it through the European court through which I can prove that this is a political case, and achieve any results,” – said Onishchenko.

He said that the anti-corruption Prosecutor, National anti-corruption Bureau and other law enforcement agencies not contacted him, although his lawyers delivered to the head of SAP Nazar Holodnitsky his address and phone number in London.

According to Onishchenko, Holodnitsky executes the order of the presidential Administration. “This whole thing is fabricated, sewn with white thread, they have one goal – a political hitting on me and take away my business,” he said.

He also said that he has not asked for political asylum in the UK.
