One of the primary decisions of the new session of Parliament will be updating the composition of the CEC, said the speaker Andriy Parubiy. He declared it in interview to TV channel ICTV.
“We have not decided this question. Without a political understanding. This is something that requires a quick solution. I think one of the first polls in early September, will be the formation of a new composition of the CEC, as provided by law,” he said.
According to Parubiy, one of the “hot issues” which deputies will have to consider at the next session.
He also noted that the most important decisions taken at the last session considers judicial reform and de-communization.
Paruby also said that in the last two weeks of the fourth session of the deputies passed all the draft laws necessary for granting Ukraine a visa-free regime with the EU.
