Poland banned the entry of the head of the Ukrainian national Institute of national remembrance Vladimir Viatrovych. It is reported by the Polish newspaper Dziennik, citing sources.

The report said that recently the Polish foreign Minister Witold Waszczykowski said the Polish side is the list of Ukrainians, who are banned entry to the country.

The Polish newspaper notes that Poland will not name names on this list to his helpers learned of the entry ban right on the border.

According to the post Vyatrovich in Facebook, he has no official confirmation about the ban.

“For several years is persona non grata in Russia. Now, they say, got the entry ban to Poland. I’m not concerned with limiting their own movement and that democratic Poland has begun to sound in unison with the authoritarian Russia,” wrote viatrovych.

Ukrainian Ambassador to Poland Andriy Deshchytsya said in comments to UKRINFORM, while there is no official confirmation of the fact that viatrovych is in the “black list” on entry into Poland.

“We have no official confirmation that the head of the Institute of national remembrance of Ukraine denied entry to Poland”, – said dedica.

He added that Ukrainian diplomats are trying to figure out this question.
