The Polish State Treasury accused of failure to comply with obligations of PJSC Zaporizhia automobile building plant (ZAZ), which in 2005 bought a controlling stake in the Factory cars.

According to the Polish radio, Poland needs Ukrainian companies more than 250 million zlotys ($70.5 million) compensation.

It recalled that AvtoZAZ in 2005 acquired 19.9% of shares, giving of 84.31% of votes at the General meeting. The stake was sold for only 100 PLN (23 Euro).

In the five-year investment plan, the Ukrainian company has pledged to support factory operation, the number of jobs (then 2.2 thousand) and increase production (in particular, to introduce a new car model).
