The company rejected these charges and claim that the whole process of Assembly takes place on the territory of Poland. While in Pesa recognized that in the manufacture of trams are used parts from other manufacturers. In particular, the Russian Uralvagonzavod supplies glass.

In 2016 Pesa has put Kiev in 10 low-floor trams. They are now used on the right Bank of the light rail line, shuttling between the train station and the residential area Borschagivka.
