Defense Minister Stepan Poltorak agreed with the proposal of the NATO officials to appoint an official who will oversee the process of reforming the Ministry of defense. About this Poltorak wrote on his page in Facebook.
He reported that he had discussed with strategic advisers, NATO’s main directions of cooperation for 2018.
During the meeting, according to the Poltorak was agreed by all the tried and tested recommendations for the further reform process of the Ministry of defense.
“I fully agree with the proposal to identify the official who would be engaged in, controlled and accountable for the reform process, moreover, I believe that a man should head a separate Department and to make serious decisions,” wrote the Minister.
We will remind, recently the representative of Ukraine Vadim pristayko said that NATO is dissatisfied with the pace of implementation of Ukraine’s Annual national programme (ANP), which defines the list and the time of implementation of reforms for Ukraine’s rapprochement with the Alliance.
