President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko has dismissed Boris Tsyganenko from the post of member of the National Commission carrying out regulation in the sphere of energy and utilities (NKREKU). This is stated in the presidential decree.
“To dismiss Boris Tsyganenko from the post of member of the National Commission carrying out regulation in the sphere of energy and communal services”, – the document says.
The dismissal took place according to the plan of rotation among the members of the national Commission.
We will remind, earlier the President has identified two people who will be included in the composition of the tender Commission on selection of candidates for members of the national Commission. Therefore, the Commission has been established and can start work.
The Commission consists of seven members, including the Chairman. Appointed members of the Commission on the results of the open competition.
It is established that the composition of the tender Commission consists of two people appointed by the President, two from the Verkhovna Rada and the Cabinet of Ministers. The deputies did not support a full update of the members of the NERC within six months after adoption of the law. In the final version of the document is planned gradual rotation. Three members of the Commission shall be appointed not later than six months after the law came into force two not later than 12 months, and two within 18 months.
