President Petro Poroshenko signed the law №2246-VIII on the state budget for 2018. About it reports a press-service of the head of state.
According to the law, the state budget revenues next year will amount to 917,9 billion UAH, expenses – 991,7 billion.
The proposed maximum volume of the budget deficit is 80.6 billion UAH (2.4% GDP), limiting the amount of debt – 1999,3 billion (60% of GDP).
The planned volume of government guarantees is defined at 24 billion, the projected income from privatization – UAH 21.3 billion.
The living wage will grow by 9%, the minimum wage by 16.3%.
Spending on assistance to families with children, poor families, disabled from childhood and disabled children, temporary assistance to children and care allowance for disabled I-II groups at the level of UAH 59.9 billion.

For benefits and subsidies for payment of housing services in 2018, provided 71 billion, the educational subvention is 61.7 billion, medical – 57.4 billion UAH.
In addition, in 2018 will be created a State road Fund with expenditure at 32.9 billion. For the development of roads in Ukraine, it is planned to allocate UAH 47.7 billion.
On the functioning of the energy efficiency Fund, the state budget provided UAH 1.6 billion, 400 million UAH – for the implementation of targeted economic program for energy efficiency.
7 December 2017, the Verkhovna Rada adopted the law on the state budget-2018. The document will come into force on 1 January 2018.
The IMF believes that the greatest risk budget of Ukraine to 2018 is the rapid growth of expenditure.
