The General Prosecutor’s office opened criminal proceedings on suspicion of OJSC Eximnefteproduct fraud transit of oil produced in Belarus through the Odessa commercial sea port. This is stated in the definitions of Shevchenkovsky regional court of Kiev, published in the state register on 5 October.
As reported by enkorr, the suspicion of the GPU is that after analyzing the data of the Unified automated information system of State customs service investigators had determined that the transit of Belarusian oil through the Odessa port was carried out by the parties is greater than the maximum load capacity of the courts that have adopted this product. This, according to GPU, suggests that part of transit of fuel oil may have been implemented in the domestic market without paying taxes.
The investigation was launched in mid-June of this year. In this case the GPU investigators asked the investigative judge access to calls, SMS and other data on mobile phone numbers guide other structures of the orbit of the Privat group -Sintez oil, Dissapparated, the black sea fuel terminal, which provides Eximnefteproduct services for transshipment of petroleum products.
