“Russia is moving (to the office – ed.) gradually, using a blockade, which entered the Ukrainian activists, as a political cover for taking control over key economic ties with the separatist zones,” writes Bloomberg.

The newspaper reminds that last week, the Railways has reduced tariffs for transportation of coal and iron ore in the territories occupied by the separatists. Thus Russia can replace Ukrainian exports and to ensure that it will continue working the plants, which are the main employers in these areas, journalists said.

Moreover, Russia is not even hiding his intentions, the newspaper writes. At least, the first Deputy Chairman of the Committee is illegitimate, Russian state Duma on CIS Affairs, Konstantin Zatulin, in comments to Bloomberg said: “there has been a step in the direction of the Department of Donbass – there is no doubt”.

These words are confirmed by Alexei Chesnakov, who advises Putin on the Ukrainian question, and a few other officials.

In this case, Putin uses an undefined response from the United States, said the Agency.
