The Pechersky court of Kiev allowed the Chief military Prosecutor’s office to conduct the correspondence of the investigation against the adviser of RF President Sergey Glaziev, which prosecutors suspect of waging war against Ukraine. About it reports a press-service GPU.

“Granted permission for the implementation of the special pre-trial investigation in criminal proceedings on suspicion of the Russian President’s adviser Sergei Glazyev in committing crimes under part 3 of article 110, part 2 of article 28, article 436; part 3 of article 27 2 article 28 part 2 article 437 of the criminal code of Ukraine”, – said in a statement.

“It is established that the eye in February-March 2014, being the adviser of the President of the Russian Federation, acting by prior conspiracy by a group of persons with other representatives of the government of the Russian Federation, committed deliberate actions with the aim of changing the borders of Ukraine in violation of the order established by the Constitution of Ukraine”, – emphasized in Prosecutor’s office.

The Prosecutor General’s office declared suspicion to Putin’s adviser for the war against Ukraine on August 22. Glazyev accused of organizing the annexation of the Crimean Peninsula, as well as organizations capture Odessa and Kharkiv regional councils.

Russian official declared the state wanted, the court granted permission for its detention and delivery in court for consideration the petition for arrest. For crimes against the foundations of national security of Ukraine, Glazyev threatened with life imprisonment.
