Russia arrested in absentia of four Ukrainians, including non-faction people’s Deputy Vladimir Parasyuk, which is accused of “attacks” on diplomatic institutions of the state-aggressor in Ukraine. This reports the press service of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation.

Three citizens of Ukraine – Vladimir Romantsova, Alexey Bakay and Vladimir Nazarenko – the Agency called “involved in the attack” on the Russian Embassy in Kiev in June 2014. He is charged with “active participation in the deliberate destruction of property of the Russian diplomatic mission”, and Nazarenko is also “a part in the desecration of the national flag of the Russian Federation”.

In addition, Moscow accused of “attack” on the Consulate General of Russia in Lvov and “abuse” of a flag of Russia in March 2016 the people’s Deputy Vladimir Parasyuk.

The case against the Ukrainians opened the Russian investigation under part 2 of article 360 of the criminal code (attack on the institution that enjoys international protection, perfect to complications in international relations). Nazarenko and Parasyuk also charged with article 329 of the criminal code (desecration of the flag of Russia).

“These persons put on the international wanted list, and on the petition of a consequence the court concerning them in absentia preventive measure in the form of detention,” – said in Sledkom.

Also in Moscow complains that Ukraine “has actually denied the requests of the Russian investigation on legal assistance” in these cases.
