The aggressor state Russia Tuesday, December 19, withdraws its representatives from the Joint center for control and coordination of questions of ceasefire and stabilization of the demarcation line in the Donbass (SCCC). A statement published on the website of the foreign Ministry.
The Russian foreign Ministry claim that the center “has faced serious difficulties because of the position of the Ukrainian authorities”. In particular, in Moscow complain that “Kiev strongly opposed any documentary regulation of the functioning of the SCCC”.
Russia also accuses Ukraine of creating a “tense moral-psychological situation” for its representatives and for allegedly obstructing them in the performance of official duties.
“Russian officers restricted access to the line of contact, verification of service on the joint observation posts deployed on the territory controlled by Ukraine. It came to prohibitions on communication with the local population. There were instances of disrespect of Ukrainian troops to their Russian colleagues,” – say in the Ministry of foreign Affairs.
Moscow also complains about the introduction of Ukraine of 1 January 2018 of a new order entry and stay of Russian citizens on its territory which “is not consistent with the provisions of the agreement between the governments of Russia and Ukraine on visa-free travel for citizens from 16 January 1997 and is unacceptable for the Russian military.”

All Russia’s attempts to resolve “issues” of the work of the JCCC in the framework of the trilateral contact group and the Normandy four were unsuccessful, claim in the Ministry.
