Russia passes to a new kind of fight against Ukraine – civil-military campaigns and operations without the use of weapons based on the theory of controlled chaos. “Russia is against Ukraine’s multi-vector synchronous to fight in all areas of life to break down the potential of the country. Now Russia moves to yet another type of such a struggle – civil-military campaigns. Dominate operations without the use of weapons: financial, trade, economic, energy, ethnic, religious, demographic, crime and other special operations, which are based on the theory of controlled chaos,” he said.

According to the expert, Russia’s actions against the Ukrainian state intensified with the coming to power of President Vladimir Putin with his thesis about “the tragedy of the collapse of the Soviet Union and a transition to a “gathering of the Russian lands”.
