In 2017 from the Reserve Fund of the Russian Federation will spend about 1.5 trillion rubles from the national welfare Fund (NWF) is about 660 billion rubles. This was stated by the Minister of Finance of the Russian Federation Anton Siluanov, reports TASS.
“Spending of the NWF is about 660 billion rubles, Reserve Fund – where some 1.5 trillion rubles,” – he said and added that the Reserve Fund will be fully exhausted.
Previously Siluanov said that on January 1, 2018, the amount of the Fund’s assets will amount to 3.7 trillion rubles, or just over 4% of GDP, with the liquid part of the NWF will amount to 2.3 trillion rubles. Next year, the Russian legislation provides for the unification of the NWF and the Reserve Fund.
According to the Finance Ministry, the Reserve Fund for November 2017 increased by almost 2%, to 994,64 billion roubles and the national welfare Fund decreased by 2.8% to 3.9 trillion rubles.
