Ukrainian negotiator in the Minsk sub-group on security issues Yevhen Marchuk published in his Facebook excerpt from the report of the OSCE mission in Donbass, which, according to him, testifies that the Russian officers de facto seceded from the Joint center for control and coordination (JCCC) on December 18, 2017 – the day before their official opinion of Moscow.

The representative of Ukraine noted that quoted this post of SMM at today’s talks in Minsk.

“Just what I quoted part of the operational report of SMM OSCE for December 20 confirmation that the Russian military in the composition of the JCCC on December 18 de facto out of SCCC,” wrote Marchuk.

In a published excerpt from a report in Russian says that the evening of December 18 on the outskirts controlled by the APU Popasnaya OSCE observers heard five explosions of uncertain origin and three alleged shots.

SMM employees was contacted by phone with Ukrainian and Russian JCCC officers in and told them about the fire. In response, the officer of the armed forces, “said mission personnel speak directly to members of the armed groups,” the report says.
