Pechersk district court of Kyiv allowed the investigators who are investigating the murder of journalist Pavel Sheremet, to open his Bank safety Deposit box in the Kiev branch of Sberbank of Russia. This is stated in the court order, published in the Unified state register of court decisions of Ukraine.

The court also allowed the investigator to make copies of documents stored in a cell Bank Sheremet.

The judge gave permission for opening the safe with the documents in connection with the fact that “there is a real danger of alteration or destruction of that information.”

“The information stored in the cell of the murdered journalist may be important to solve the crime and establish the motive for the killing,” – said in the decree of the court.

August 21, Deputy head of the National police, Vadym Troyan said that Pavel Sheremet and his civil wife Alena Pritula reported to law enforcement authorities about the fact that they may follow in November 2015.

On 20 July at 07:45 am in the center of Kiev were blown up the car of the editor-founder of the Ukrainian truth Alyona Pritula, which was Sheremet. He died in the ambulance. Prosecutor General Yury Lutsenko declared that the death Sheremet is murder.
