The crown Prince of Saudi Arabia Mohammed Ibn Salman accused Iran in an act of “direct military aggression”. Reason – in the supply of ballistic missiles to Yemeni rebels, the BBC reports, citing Saudi state media.

According to the report, Mohammed bin Salman, in a telephone conversation with Minister of foreign Affairs of great Britain Boris Johnson said that it “can be regarded as an act of war.”

Earlier, on 4 November, the air defense system of Saudi Arabia intercepted a rocket fired toward Riyadh with Yemen paramilitary group of rebels from the Houthi Shiite movement Ansar Allah. Saudi Arabia accuses Iran of supplying missiles to Yemeni rebels.

The Arab coalition declared that Saudi Arabia sees the launch of an act of aggression from Iran, and in the future these actions can be considered as an “act of war”.
