SBU has banned entry to Ukraine to Russian Director Vladimir Menshov, who previously admitted that he transferred money to the militants in the occupied Donbass. This is stated in the official response to the security request publication Apostrophe.

According to the response, the decision was made in March 2016 for a period of 5 years.

However, in the SBU said that it is not reported about suspicion Menshov.

In April Menchov confirmed the transfer of money to militants in the occupied Donbas.

“Indeed, I gave a certain amount of money for Donbass, but I don’t want to talk about it, don’t want to publish. And, I’m sorry that it has been publicly reported. With regard to the security Service of Ukraine, they did not appeal to me,” said Menchov.
