SBU has published the fifth newsletter of testimonies about the armed aggression of Russia against Ukraine, as well as physical abuse and humiliation of Ukrainians, who were held hostage by militants LDNR. About it reports a press-Department service.
According to the report, the SBU has collected 393 evidence of aggression of the Russian Federation, which are obtained in the surveys are 43 Ukrainian citizens who were held hostage in the temporarily occupied territories.
In addition, the Bulletin describes the results of court decisions in criminal acts of terrorists. According to the document, in 2017, Ukrainian courts handed down two sentences to terrorists LDNR: both made in June, one – in Kharkov, another in Slavyansk.
The head of the service, Vasyl Hrytsak said that the SBU is ready to “render comprehensive aid in the study of those crimes to representatives of the international organizations, particularly human rights organizations, giving them the collected materials.”
The DNI and LC – terrorist organizations seized with the support of the Russian Federation of the Donetsk and Lugansk regions of Ukraine. Both organizations created, funded and maintained by Russia, where, among other things, the terrorists are getting fighters, trainers, and heavy equipment, weapons, ammunition, and fuel.
