The national Commission, carrying out state regulation in the energy and utilities (NKREKU) set tariffs for gas transportation operator of the Ukrainian gas transportation system of PJSC Ukrtransgaz. The decision was taken at a meeting of the Commission August 18, the press service of the national Commission.
“To set the tariffs of PJSC Ukrtransgaz transportation services of natural gas to the entry points and exit points located on the territory of Ukraine”, – is told in the message.
It is reported that the tariffs will be applied after the entry into force of the decision of the national Commission dated 25 February №236 “On approval of Methodology for determining and calculating tariffs for services of natural gas distribution and after changes in legislation necessary to facilitate the application of the new law On natural gas market” in terms of Department of tariffs for services of transportation and distribution of natural gas the cost of natural gas as a commodity in the formation of natural gas prices for household consumers, including after revision of the formula of formation of retail prices defined by the Cabinet of Ministers Resolution No. 758 dated 1 October 2015 but not later than April 1, 2017.
Recall from 1 January 2016 NKREKU set tariffs for gas transportation through main pipelines for Ukrtransgas the entrance/exit. Prior to the entry into force of the law on the gas market within the competence of NCACO was not part of the establishment of tariffs for the natural gas transportation by main pipelines, and these rates were established on the basis of bilateral contracts. The tariff system “input/output” was calculated NKREKU on the basis of the regulatory provisions of the income to regulatory asset base at the level of 15.13% and a total efficiency percentage is 1%.
