The state fiscal service (GFS) recorded at 60.6% of taxpayers in violation of the law regarding the completeness of accruals, salaries and other income to their employees About it told the Director of the Department of taxes and fees from individuals of the SFS Paul Dronyak.

According to him, the most common violations remain “shadow” wages and the use of unregistered workers.

“Unscrupulous employers harm not only the budget, because it does not pay appropriate taxes and single payment, but first and foremost, the employees, depriving them of the right to social protection and a decent pension. By results of checks in the assessed budgets of about 272 million UAH of a tax on incomes of physical persons, UAH 61 million single payment and more than 6 million UAH of the military tax, ” said Dronyak.

In addition, in January-July this year, GFS has identified more than 92 thousand employees, whose work was used without a labor contract. Paid to budgets of more than 28 million UAH of a tax on incomes of physical persons and more than 31 million UAH of the single payment.

Also employees of GFS revealed more than 32 thousand people, who were in entrepreneurial activities without official registration. They paid to the budget about 15 million UAH of taxes.
