Some pensioners may receive higher pensions are not in October, and in November, due to the need for recalculation. This was announced by Vice Prime Minister for social policy Pavlo Rozenko, wrote UNIAN.

He stressed that the allocation in any event will be held, starting in October, in connection with which such pensioners will receive the appropriate co-pay.

“Pensioners will receive increased pensions in October… some pensioners can get a boost in November due to the need for recalculation, in this case in November will be additional cost. For pensioners there is nothing new, they are familiar with such practice”, – said Rozenko.

The Verkhovna Rada yesterday, 3 October, adopted a pension reform. N6614 for the bill in the second reading voted 288 deputies.

The minimum pension in Ukraine from October 1 will increase to 1452 UAH, but not before 1373 UAH, as previously planned. To 5.6 million pensioners pension in an average increase by UAH 692.

Also 45% to 1373 UAH, increase of payments to persons disabled from childhood, disabled children, pensioners, do not have the full experience and to persons who do not have pension rights.

Cancelled reducing the size of pensions for 104 thousand women who prematurely retired at 55 years old.

From 2019, the indexing of benefits will occur automatically.

The draft law “On amendments to some legislative acts of Ukraine on increasing the pensions” adopted by the Verkhovna Rada on 13 July 2017 in the first reading.

Prime Minister Vladimir Groisman said that the bill will allow from 1 October 2017 to change the pension system and to eliminate the Pension Fund deficit. The retirement age at the same time, according to the Prime Minister, remains unchanged.
