Donald trump Jr., the eldest son of the American President in 2016 held a short conversation with the Russian banker associated with President of Russia Vladimir Putin. This was reported, citing a source familiar with the content of the meeting, the us television network CBS, reports the Voice of America.
The Chairman of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation Alexander Torshin was presented to Trump Jr. at an event organized by the National rifle Association in may of 2016. According to CBS, they spoke for two to three minutes. The source said that they discussed the election campaign of Donald trump and basically said firearms.
Representing the interests of the eldest son of the President of the United States attorney Alan Futerfas said trump Jr. took part in the Congress of the NSA and was having dinner when his friend asked him to say Hello to Torshin and introduced them.
“They had an informal conversation for several minutes, after which they continued to eat separately,” he said.

In July, the media reported on the meeting of the son of trump in 2016 with the Russian lawyer Natalia Veselnitskaya supposedly for the sake of compromising of the democratic candidate Hillary Clinton. The meeting was not tete-a-tete. It also participated trump in-law Jared Kushner, the spin doctor by Paul Manafort and others.
Shortly after the publication of the White house said that the meeting talked about the problem with the ban on adoptions of children from Russia and the Magnitsky act.
Last week, the U.S. Senate Committee on the judiciary requested information from White house adviser Jared Kushner on the request to organize a meeting Torshin and the tramp, which he received last year.
