Startup with Ukrainian roots People.ai announced raising another round of funding four months after the previous one, when the company managed to raise $7 million.
As reported AIN.UA leading investors round – GGV Capital (lead investor in Airbnb & Alibaba) and the lead investor in previous round, Lightspeed Venture Partners, which was the first investor in Snapchat. The round also participated in Y Combinator and a group of angels of the companies Salesforce, Twilio, Google and Facebook.
People.ai is a platform based on artificial intelligence to manage the sales Department. It helps to increase the effectiveness of sales teams, analyzing their performance and providing recommendations for closing deals. The project was founded by a native of the Dnieper Oleg Roginskaya. The company now plans to expand the staff, is looking for a senior backend engineers in Kiev office.
