Teachers in schools no longer need to do a census and keep a record of students. The corresponding decision was accepted today at Cabinet, which approved the procedure of accounting of school-age children and students, the press service of the Ministry of education.

The document will replace the instruction on accounting of children and adolescents of school age, approved in 2000.

Prime Minister Vladimir Groisman noted that during teachers ‘ conference in August, approached the teacher with a request to remove from them the duty to account.

“Their question was absolutely fair. This decision of the government just solves the problem of census children. More teachers should not be doing this,” he said.

Now keeping records of school-age children and students will conduct district and city state administrations, village councils, Executive bodies with the involvement of bodies of national police and services for children.
