Under President signed a law on Amnesty in 2016 fall 1700 participants of the ATO. About that today at the briefing said the Prosecutor General Yuri Lutsenko.
“This means that approximately 1700 participants of the ATO will be able in three months, not more than three months to close their problems with the law,” he said.
According to Lutsenko, 1100 military who fall under the Amnesty, made a minor breach of discipline while on duty unauthorized excommunication from the location of the military unit, the careless performance of official duties, disobedience to lawful demand of an officer.
On 2 September, President Petro Poroshenko signed the law on Amnesty of participants of the antiterrorist operation in the East of Ukraine, who have not committed serious crimes.
