The Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine on 21 December began proceedings against filling stations operating under the brands of OKKO and WOG on the grounds of violation of the legislation on protection of economic competition. About it reports a press-service AMKU.

The AMC has recorded in 2017 more than 10 cases of a simultaneous increase and keep prices at the filling stations operating under these brands.

According to the Antimonopoly Committee, such actions can be caused not only by objective factors, but also to be the consequence of anticompetitive concerted actions on the market of retail trade of high-octane gasoline and diesel fuel.

Earlier it was reported that the Antimonopoly Committee has won a court case against the operator of gas stations AMIC.
