The approval rating by Americans six months of the presidency, Donald trump has set the record among all of his predecessors in the last 70 years. This is evidenced by a survey conducted for the American TV channel ABC News and the Washington Post newspaper.
According to the study, only 36% of respondents approve of the current occupant of the White house, which is six points less than its level of support after 100 days of presidency.
Of the predecessors of trump’s similarly low approval rating for the seventh month of the Board were Gerald Ford – 39% in February 1975.
Six out of ten Americans polled believe that Russia tried to influence the presidential elections in 2016. Among those who adhere to this opinion 67% believe that the Kremlin helped the team to trump.
Only 38% of respondents stated that the current U.S. President has made significant progress in achieving their goals, and 55% hold the opposite point of view.

The survey was conducted by landline and cellular telephone July 10-13, 2017, among 1001 adult Americans. Sampling error is 3.5%.
