First Ukrainian international Bank (FUIB) by results of nine months has received 764 million UAH of net profit, which is almost three times higher than for the same period last year. About it it is told in the Bank message.

The Bank’s operating income amounted to 3 billion UAH, which is almost twice exceeds a similar indicator of last year. Net interest income grew by 50% to UAH 2.2 billion, and net fee and Commission income increased by 28% to 883 million.

The assets of the FUIB exceeded UAH 44 billion. The credit portfolio amounted to UAH 24.9 billion.

According to financial reports, with the beginning of the year FUIB’s liabilities decreased by 3% to 39.3 billion UAH. Customer funds increased by 5% since the beginning of the year to 35 billion UAH. Shareholders ‘ equity increased by 21 %, exceeding the 4.9 billion UAH.

Recall that in the first half earned 592,9 million UAH of net profit to 46 million UAH of net loss for the same period in 2016.

FUIB was founded in 1991. Owned financial-industrial group SCM Rinat Akhmetov, the billionaire. By the end of 2015, earned a record net loss of $ 1.7 billion.

After the nationalization of FUIB PrivatBank was the largest Bank with private Ukrainian capital. Chairman of the management Board of FUIB Sergey Chernenko says that the most difficult times 2014-2016, the Bank has survived.

According to the NBU, during the three quarters 2017 year net profit after tax of the banking system of Ukraine amounted to UAH 1.41 billion.
