The procedural Committee of the Verkhovna Rada believes that the submission of the Prosecutor General on the criminal prosecution of the Deputy from the Radical party Andrei Lozovoy is a legitimate and motivated, but insufficiently substantiated; the document will be submitted to the speaker of Parliament Andriy Parubiy. This decision was taken at the Committee meeting on Wednesday, July 5, correspondent

The Committee doubt the evidence claims concerning intentional evasion of MP from payment of taxes and compliance with deadlines of the investigation. MPs also suggest the possible end of the Statute of limitations of the offense.

The Committee member from the Radical party, Oleg Kuprienko said that, in his opinion, the submission is insufficiently substantiated and there is reason to doubt that evidence was obtained legally by the result.

Another member of the Committee, the Deputy from Blok of Petro Poroshenko Vladimir Oreshenkov noted that the representation of the feature legitimately, but motivated and justified it can be considered a part. He also questioned the legality of obtaining evidence by investigation.
