The fact that Prosecutor General Yury Lutsenko dismissed the Prosecutor Dmitry Susa after the failure to order immediate release of the detained members of the National anti-corruption Bureau in the interagency incident August 12, “vividly describes” what is happening in the GPU. “Lutsenko himself said that he had given such an order… But, unfortunately, the attorney General boarded the plane and about five hours with him was not due.
