The movie “Cyborg” about the heroic defense of Donetsk airport soldiers, directed by Akhtem Seitablaev, the premiere of which is scheduled in cinemas at the beginning of December, half cleared by the budget. It is reported by Crimea. Realities.
According to the initiators of the film, the overall estimate of the tape amounted to 47 million, almost half of them is public money. The shooting lasted for about two months.
“In order to convey the atmosphere of the Donetsk airport, built sets, identical size of the old airport”, – stated in the message.
Producer: Ivanna dyadyura said that the scenery was created via the photo and video provided by the fighters.
“One was near Kiev, in the pavilion, two-story. At first the scenery was built and then destroyed, because in the movie it’s destroyed airport. And the second decorations we had in Chernigov, on the runway of a military airfield”, – said the producer.
The film’s Director Ahtem Seytablaev said that the script of the film was written on the basis of certificates of the Ukrainian military, the defenders of the Donetsk airport.
“Our film genre is a military drama. But the film is life-affirming. The film is not about war, it’s about a world that is born in this war. So our heroes talk so much about what kind of world they want to live, what country they are defending, ” – said Seitablaev.

Writer Natalia Vorozhbyt added that in the film – collective images that were copied from a real “cyborg”. Among them are the Dnieper fighters with call signs “associate Professor” and “Adam.”
“I was trying to show the full picture. Each fighter had their own motivation, because at the airport without motivation it was impossible, ” said Vorozhbit.
Ukrainian film premiere will be held in Kiev, 6 December, the Day of Armed forces of Ukraine.
On the occasion of the release of the movie in hire the creators of the film took the initiative: five hryvnia from each ticket to list to help the families of the deceased “cyborg”.
