The economic court of Dnipropetrovsk region commenced bankruptcy of PJSC “Dniproavia” on the claim Ukrtatnafta. This was reported on the website of the Supreme economic court of Ukraine.

As reported by enkorr, the reason for the commencement of the bankruptcy become a debt of the airline in jet fuel Kremenchug refinery in the amount of UAH 163.3 million excluding interest and penalties. This debt in June of 2017 was confirmed by the same court.

Its debt Dniproavia recognized, and the decision of the court on its confirmation not challenged.

This debt was formed under a contract of supply of aviation fuel from September 2010, according to which for 6 years Dniproavia was delivered on 440,4 million UAH, which was paid 277,1 million.

On 30 March this year the court ordered the owner of the shares Dniproavia company Accountants to return to the state of 94.6% stake in the airline. Litigation on this issue continues.

Ukrtatnafta is Ukraine’s largest oil refinery with design capacity of 18.6 million tons In October 2007 operational control over Ukrtatnafta was established by the group Privat Igor Kolomoisky.
