The Pechersky district court of Kiev has demanded that the state of the Bank information on the assets of fugitive ex-dictator, Viktor Yanukovych in the accounts of the Bank as of November 10, 2016. This is stated in the decision of the court N757/11361/17– 26 Sep.
April 10, the court opened proceedings against Yanukovych to the Chairman of the Board oschadbanka Andrew Lush.
Yanukovych has addressed in court with the claim about protection of honor, dignity and business reputation to Oschadbank and the Kiev Institute of problems of management. Gorshenin.
Earlier, the Chairman of the Board oschadbanka Andrew Lush said that the accounts of the Bank are more than 1.15 billion Yanukovych. The latter demanded to refute the information.
The court decided to demand from the savings Bank, information about the amount of cash held in Bank accounts of Yanukovych and about the cost of securities purchased and/or stored on behalf of the Bank.
Earlier, the court ordered the Bank to disclose the amount of funds in the accounts of Yanukovych.
