Solomensky district court of Kiev on the basis of the Protocol NACP recognized the head of the National anti-corruption Bureau of Artem Sytnik guilty of an administrative offense and fined. The corresponding decision the judge made today, January 17, UKRINFORM reports with reference to the press service of the court.

According to the report, Sytnik sentenced to a fine in the amount of 100 nontaxable minimum incomes of citizens, that is 1700 UAH.

The decision was made on the basis of the Protocol of the national Agency on preventing corruption, in which it was stated that the Director of the NAB has provided the requested NACP copies of documents and information with deadlines and not in full.

The national Agency has sent these requests to the Bureau as part of the audit information that Sytnik instructed the staff of the legal Department of the NAB to represent him in court, which violates the requirements of the law on prevention of corruption in terms of prevention and resolution of conflict of interest.

In early November, 2017, NACP caused a rush that he told me why the Bureau refused to transfer to the Agency the requested documents in the case of a possible conflict of interest. In response, the NAB has summoned for interrogation the head of the NACP Natalia Korchak in the case of possible irregularities in the Declaration of assets.
