The court allowed to provide the investigators with access to Bank cell journalist Pavel Sheremet. This is stated in the judgment of August 2, published in the unified registry of court decisions.
“The petition of the investigator of the investigative group of the Main investigation Department of the National police of Ukraine Chepiga A. V., agreed by the Deputy chief of Department of the Prosecutor General of Ukraine Shevchenko A. G. temporary access to things and documents to meet,” – reads the resolution.
The investigator is granted the right of temporary access to objects and documents containing secrets protected by law and is stored in the Kyiv branch No. 39 of Sberbank of Russia at the address: Kiev, Ivan Mazepa street, 10, with a view to their withdrawal.
The Bank officials have also been directed to provide (to provide) a temporary access to things and documents specified in the decision of the person and provide him the opportunity to withdraw specified in the decision documents in copies.
On 20 July at 07:45 am in the center of Kiev were blown up the car of the editor-founder of the Ukrainian truth Alyona Pritula, which was Sheremet. He died in the ambulance. Lutsenko said that the death Sheremet is murder.
