Solomenskiy district court of Kyiv has dismissed the head of the Supervisory Board of the Odessa port plant Sergey Fracture, which at the moment is under house arrest, until 14 September 2016, the press service of the Special anti-corruption Prosecutor’s office (SAP).
“Solomensky district court of Kiev has satisfied the petition of the agreed SAP detectives of the National anti-corruption Bureau of Ukraine and suspended until 14 September, under house arrest Sergei Fracture from the post of head of the Supervisory Board of the largest chemical enterprises of the Odessa port plant”, – is told in the message.
It is noted that the motion court considered the criminal case on embezzlement of funds in especially large sizes.
“We believe this decision is correct, because the suspension will help to prevent possible pressure on witnesses, destroying evidence and obstructing the investigation,” said rukovoditelei SAP Nazar Golodnitsky.
On July 14 the head of the Supervisory Board of the Odessa port plant Sergey Pereloma, first Deputy Chairman of the Board of IPF Nicholas Surikov was arrested on charges of embezzlement. The head of the Specialized anti-corruption prosecutors Nazar Golodnitsky stated that NABOO has revealed the fact of embezzlement of funds of the Odessa port plant officials at 205 million.
The Governor of Odessa region Mikhail Saakashvili said that the corruption scheme involved a Fracture, was associated with ex-Prime Minister Arseniy Yatsenyuk.

The Solomensky district court of Kiev on 17 July has decided on the detention of Fractures and nobody shchurikov custody up to 60 days with an alternative of bail of UAH 80 million each.
August 1, 2016, the Appellate court of Kiev changed a measure of restraint for suspects in house arrest until September 9.
Help. Odessa port plant (Yuzhny, Odessa region) manufactures chemical products and is also engaged in handling ammonia by sea. The factory is a monopolist on the national market of specialized services in reception, cooling and transshipment of ammonia. The Ukrainian government owns 99.6% shares of the company.
