Former Chairman of the Board of NAK Naftogaz Ukrainy Igor Bakai Tagansky court of Moscow has softened the measure of restraint. About it reports TASS.

“The Tagansky court on 15 November on the basis of the decision of the Moscow city court for reconsideration of the decision on election of a preventive measure in respect of the Buckeye again considered the petition of the investigating authorities. The court ruled to change the measure of restraint from arrest to house arrest”, – stated in the message.

On the same day, the court considered the petition of the investigating authorities on the extension of his house arrest.

“The court was granted, Buckeye sent under house arrest for a period up to January 12, 2018”, – stated in the message.
