Three companies registered in Cyprus, has reduced stake in southern mining and processing plant. This was reported in the information disclosure system of the National Commission on securities and stock market.

The company Mint Data Holdings LTD, Strettonway Traders&Consultants Ltd and Acretrend Holdings LTD owned shares in the authorized capital of the southern mining at 22,17% and reduced them to 5.54% (from 30.05% to 7.51% of the voting shares).

The reason for the decrease of the shares of Cyprus companies, the “alienation of the Issuer’s shares in the secondary market to third parties”.

Earlier it was reported that the company Metallotekhnika, who owned the 25,78% of the shares of southern mining and processing plant, came from among the shareholders of YuGOK.

Southern ore on an equal footing is controlled by the Metinvest group of businessman Rinat Akhmetov and the shareholders of EVRAZ group, the Russian businessman Roman Abramovich through Lanebrook Ltd (Cyprus).
