The Ukrainian defense Ministry denied the statements of the KP kievavtodor that heavy military vehicles destroyed the pavement on some streets of the capital.

The Ministry of defense stated that all heavy armored vehicles, which participated in the parade and goes to the streets, installed rubber tracks that do not leave marks on the pavement. We are talking about tanks T-64BM Bulat, anti-aircraft missile systems Buk and divisional self-propelled howitzers Msta-S.

Other tracked vehicles can’t damage a quality asphalt coating, but may remain only traces of the tracks that disappear with time.

“Thus, if the asphalt coating is destroyed by the passage of such equipment, the problem is not the technology, and the quality of the road surface,” – noted in the defense Ministry.
