In Brussels skeptical about the idea of Hungary to revise the Association Agreement between Ukraine and the EU because of the education act. It is reported Radio Liberty with reference to the sources.
Request of Budapest to consider the Ukrainian educational law was passed. The discussion will be in the meeting of foreign Ministers of the EU countries in Luxembourg on 16 October.
The changes to the agreement, diplomats say that the document has been signed and ratified by all EU countries, including Hungary, and to revise the existing international agreement is virtually impossible.
The Minister of foreign Affairs of Hungary péter Szijjártó also said that Budapest will require Ukraine to revoke the law about education, and otherwise will require the introduction of EU sanctions against Ukraine.
