The European Commission is examining the legality of the decree of the President of the United States Donald trump on the prohibition of entry to citizens of seven Muslim countries. About it reports the EUobserver.

“We want to guarantee that there is no discrimination for our citizens”, – said the press-Secretary of the Commission.

We are talking about EU citizens, who also have passports banned countries.

28 Jan trump has signed a decree that restricted the immigration of refugees from Muslim countries.

This decree was criticized by Germany’s Chancellor Angela Merkel, Prime Minister of Canada Justin Trudeau, Prime Minister of great Britain Theresa may and other world leaders and politicians.

On 29 January, a Federal judge Ann Donnelly has partially suspended the decree.

The Ministry of national security of the USA has said it will obey the court order temporarily prohibiting the expulsion of U.S. immigrants from seven Muslim countries, however, the decree prohibiting their entry into the country, remains in force.

The EU will check the order of the trump on the subject of discrimination of EU citizens 31.01.2017
