Shevchenko district court of Kyiv has sent under house arrest former Chairman of the Board of the Bank Mikhailovsky Igor Doroshenko.

As follows from the video of the hearing posted on YouTube on 3 December the court decided to release him from detention and to apply to it the measure of restraint in the form of house arrest.

“The petition of the investigator to meet, to apply to the suspect Igor Doroshenko a measure of restraint in the form of house arrest,” the judge said.

In an interview ЛІГА.net the owner of the Bank Mikhailovsky, Viktor Polishchuk said that on may 19 gave the Bank Michael businessman Boris Kaufman and withdrew from the shareholders. The financial institution came under the management of Platinum Bank. The amount of the transaction amounted to about UAH 200 million.
