The international monetary Fund (IMF) in the coming weeks will offer to the Board of Directors to conclude the third review of the eff the EFF and to Ukraine the fourth credit tranche of $1 billion. this was announced by the President of the Fund, William Murray.

“We expect that offer to the Board of Directors to conclude the third review of the program in the coming weeks. Accurate information about the Board of Directors meeting no,” said Murray.

He noted that Ukraine has made progress necessary for the third revision. “The Memorandum is in the process of finalization,” added Murray.

Yesterday the Chairman of the National Bank of Ukraine (NBU) Valeria Gontareva said that the regulator has agreed the terms for the allocation of the next tranche of financial aid. The NBU expects that this year Ukraine will receive four tranches from the IMF under the program of the eff EFF.

Before it was reported that the Fund in January will not consider the issues of cooperation with Ukraine.

Earlier, Finance Minister Alexander danyluk said that Ukraine expects to receive the next tranche from the Fund in early February.

“We plan to raise around $1 billion,” the Minister said.

Last week was published the latest draft version of the Memorandum on cooperation of Ukraine with the IMF in EFF program, containing 12 structural lighthouses, seven of which are new.
