“Due to the high price of natural gas supplied to Naftogaz of Ukraine, which does not correspond with prices on the world market for plant products, taking into account the impossibility of supplying natural gas in 2017 from the Naftogaz of Ukraine to repay its existing debt, the decision about temporary suspension of the industries and shops of the plant”, – said in a statement the SCR.

It is also stated that at present the SCR with the agreement of the state property Fund of Ukraine is looking for companies interested in the lease of the enterprise for a long period.

Recall, December 28 the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine adopted a decision on debt restructuring HMO to Naftogaz.

On the same day, information was published that the South of the city court of Odessa okazakishi Ostchem Holding Limited by Dmytro Firtash to enforce the decision of the Stockholm arbitration from 25 July to recover from the Odessa portside plant total amount of debt in the amount of $251,2 million, despite the fact that no one publicly informed about such decision did not.

Today, December 30, it became known that the Chairman of the Board Valery Gorbatko HMOs dismissed – and the relevant decision of the Supervisory Board of the company made on December 28.

Recall that the tender for the sale of the HMO, scheduled for 14 December 2016 was not held due to the lack of buyers. Later, the head of Naftogaz Andrey Kobelev said that he sees no economic feasibility to take the HMO to manage. In addition, it was reported that the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine adopted a decision to stop the OPP from 31 December 2016.
