Detectives of the National anti-corruption Bureau was informed about the suspicion to the judge of the Supreme administrative court, which had concealed his electronic Declaration of information about two apartments in the center of Kiev, owned by members of his family. This was reported by the press service of NABOO.
The suspicion reported on 13 December on the article 366-1 of the criminal code (declaring false information). It was agreed by the head of the Specialized anti-corruption prosecutors Nazar Holodnenkim under the procedural management of this structure and investigated the case.
According to investigators, judge at SACU has made knowingly false information in their declarations for 2015 and 2016.
These apartments are close relatives of the judge, says the Bureau, according to paragraph 2 of part 1 of article 46 of the law of Ukraine on prevention of corruption “should be reflected by the judge in its annual declarations”.
The NAB believes that the suspect did this intentionally – “probably to hide from the relevant authorities and the public of its real property and only available to him and his family members real estate.”

Detectives believe that one of the motives may be the desire of the judge to office accommodation in the capital.
“Investigation of the facts, the detectives began in April 2017 at their own practices, on the basis of appeals of citizens and publications in the media. In addition, there are other facts of possible suspects of not declaring assets,” he respomible in the office.
