The refusal of the Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko’s invitation to attend today’s summit of the Eastern partnership in Brussels – a consequence of the decisions of Moscow. This opinion was expressed by President of Lithuania Dalia Grybauskaite, reports her as saying the website of the Baltic States Delfi.

“I think it demonstrates the same thing that showed military exercises (Zapad-2017, – ed.) on its territory: hosted Moscow, not Belarus, not Minsk. And the decision whom and where to go, takes Moscow, and not Minsk,” she said.
